Yes, we offer fully customizable packages based on your event’s unique needs. Whether you need uniformed valet attendants, directional signage, shuttle coordination, or specific arrival setups, our team works closely with you to ensure a seamless, personalized experience for you and your guests.

Company and Service Policies
At Palm Coast, we understand that plans can change. To serve all clients efficiently and allocate resources responsibly, we’ve established the following cancellation guidelines:
Notice Requirement
Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled event to avoid any cancellation fees.
Cancellation Fees
24–48 hours before event: A fee equal to 2 hours per scheduled valet attendant will apply.
Same-day cancellations: A 50% charge of the total booking will be incurred.
Refunds
Deposits will be refunded based on the terms above, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
All refunds are processed within 7 business days of your cancellation request.
Rescheduling
Need to move your event?
Contact us as early as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.
Please note: same-day rescheduling may incur additional charges.
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions), we will offer to reschedule at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

To maintain exceptional service standards and efficient scheduling, all bookings with Palm Coast are subject to a four-hour minimum.
Minimum Booking Requirement
All valet, shuttling, and chauffeuring services require a minimum commitment of four hours, regardless of event type or scale.
Pricing & Invoicing
Rates are based on this four-hour minimum.
Even if services are required for less time, the full four-hour duration will be billed.

This minimum allows us to properly allocate staff, ensure readiness, and deliver the highest level of professionalism for every event we serve.
Exceptions
Requests for exceptions must be approved in writing by management. Special cases will be reviewed individually.

Accurate Information Requirement
Clients must provide complete and accurate details regarding the event, including but not limited to:
Event date and time
Venue address and layout
Estimated guest count

Any other relevant logistics impacting planning or execution
Review & Verification
Upon receiving event details, our team may conduct site visits, consultations, or additional reviews to verify the information and assess feasibility.
Contract Terms
A contract will be drafted based on the information provided, outlining services, terms, and the total cost. Both parties must agree to this contract via text or email before services are rendered.
Implications of Inaccurate Information
If any provided details are later found to be false, misleading, or incomplete:
The contract price will be adjusted immediately to reflect the true scope of services
Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the client
A revised agreement will be issued, requiring client acknowledgment and approval
Immediate Enforcement
Price adjustments due to inaccurate information will take effect as soon as discrepancies are identified. This ensures fairness and accountability in the event planning process.
Acceptance of Terms
By signing our service contract, clients agree to this Void Contract Policy and accept responsibility for providing truthful and complete event information.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of disagreement regarding the information provided or the resulting price change, both parties agree to engage in good faith to resolve the issue amicably.

For Valet Parking, we have:

To cover our customers, their cars and your private property.
For Shuttling insurance, we provide a parking area near by the site and shuttle the guests by vans from the parking area to the site of the event and that require a special insurance that would cover the guests and the shuttling vans within the given parameters.
We’re licensed to do business in every city as well to ensure that no event will be met with legal troubles.
Of course, we also have workman’s compensation insurance to cover our employees.
