Cancellation Policy

We recognize that plans may change. To manage our schedule and resources efficiently, the following cancellation terms apply:
Notice Requirement
Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled event to avoid any cancellation fees.
Cancellation Fees
24–48 hours prior: Fee equal to 2 hours per scheduled attendant
Same-day cancellations: 50% of the total booking cost
Refunds
Deposits will be refunded in accordance with the cancellation timeline above, minus any applicable charges. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Rescheduling
Please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Same-day rescheduling may incur extra charges.
Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions), we will reschedule free of charge or issue a full refund.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
All requests must be submitted in writing using the contact information in the footer.

Four-Hour Minimum Policy

To maintain service quality and scheduling efficiency, all bookings are subject to a four-hour minimum.
Booking Requirement
Applies to all valet, shuttling, and chauffeuring services.
Pricing & Invoicing
Rates are based on this minimum. Shorter events will still be invoiced for four hours.
Why This Policy Exists
This ensures adequate staffing, logistics, and professionalism for every event.
Exceptions
May be granted in writing by management on a case-by-case basis.

Void Contract Policy

To ensure fairness and transparency, any contract based on inaccurate or incomplete information is subject to immediate revision.
Accurate Information Requirement
Clients must provide correct event details, including
Date & time
Venue location
Guest count
Specific service needs
Review & Verification
We may conduct site visits or consultations to verify information.
Contract Terms
Contracts are based on provided information and must be signed by both parties.
Implications of Inaccuracy
Contract price may be adjusted immediately
Extra costs will be the client’s responsibility
A revised contract must be acknowledged
Immediate Effect
Price adjustments take effect upon discovery of misinformation.
Acceptance of Terms
By signing, the client agrees to this policy.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled through good-faith negotiations.

If you submit a form, the content and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up messages or quotes automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

We service all events and occasions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
